I've always been driven by data. There's something about waking up, knowing your numbers, and being able to track whether you moved the needle today — that's not just a professional habit, it's how I'm wired. I love productivity. I love creating value. I love knowing what's working and what isn't.

What I don't love is inefficiency that could easily be fixed. Manual processes designed decades ago, still running on paper in an era where AI can do the same work in seconds — that's not tradition, that's waste.

I've worked as an employee on the floor. I know what it feels like to put in a genuinely hard shift and have none of it captured. No record. No recognition. Your effort disappears at the end of the shift like it never happened.
