The founder's story

The floor never had
a voice. Now it does.

I've always been driven by data. There's something about waking up, knowing your numbers, and being able to track whether you moved the needle today — that's not just a professional habit, it's how I'm wired. I love productivity. I love creating value. I love knowing what's working and what isn't.

What I don't love is inefficiency that could easily be fixed. Manual processes designed decades ago, still running on paper in an era where AI can do the same work in seconds — that's not tradition, that's waste.

I've worked as an employee on the floor. I know what it feels like to put in a genuinely hard shift and have none of it captured. No record. No recognition. Your effort disappears at the end of the shift like it never happened.

That experience stuck with me. The best workers on any floor are some of the hardest-working people in any organisation — and they're also some of the most overlooked.
